新型防雾照明口镜在固定修复中的临床评估

Clinical evaluation of a new lighted dental mirror in fixed prosthodontics

目的:本文的目的是评估一种新型防雾照明口镜在固定修复中的临床应用情况。方法:通过在口镜镜片上增加防雾涂层、在口镜柄部安装5号电池及LED灯,使口镜具有防雾和照明的功能。采用该防雾照明口镜与常规口镜在固定修复的牙齿预备阶段、义齿黏结阶段、咬合调整阶段中进行应用比较,问卷调查23名试用医师的操作情况和使用态度。采用塔方检验进行数据比较(P<0.05)。结果:统计学分析表明,医师认为使用新型口镜对于牙齿预备阶段(P<0.05)、修复体的戴牙阶段(P<0.05)有明显帮助,但是,咬合调整阶段则帮助不大。医师认为新口镜比常规口镜的视野更清晰(P<0.05)、对于临床操作有更好的帮助(P<0.05),但是,对于长期使用新型口镜的愿望不强烈。结论:新型防雾照明口镜在临床应用中,在固定修复的牙齿预备阶段和修复体的戴牙阶段,比常规口镜能够获得更清晰视野,更方便操作。虽然调查表明医师并没有长期使用新型口镜的强烈愿望,但大多数医师还是愿意使用新口镜解决复杂的临床问题。

Objective：To design a anti-fog and lighted dental mirror and evaluate its application in fixed prosthodontics.Methods：Totally 23 dentists were investigated in this study from 2 hospitals in Shaoxing city,Zhejiang,China.Result：Most of investigated dentists reported that the new dental mirror was helpful in clinical application and get a very good view for the dental check and dental preparation.Conclusion：With the investigation of the study,the anti-fog and lighted dental mirror is far better than tranditional dental mirror in the dental preparation,with convienent operation and clear view.
