摘要
教学为一种互动过程,教师如领导者,引导学生完成教学目标。本文采用深度访谈法,对17名上海地区大学教师的教学领导过程进行分析。结果发现,教师们大都采用与学生直接沟通、小测试和问卷的方式来判断学生的需求,多采用提问、讨论与案例三种方式让学生融入学习,并在重视学生层次差异的基础上鼓励其独立思考、勇于尝试,他们主要关注学习结果、学习过程或引发学生对人生的思考及提升内在的修为,而最终的评量方式大都采用传统的考试形式。探讨教师的教学领导过程及方式对提高学生学习成效有重要意义。
During the interactive process of teaching,teachers work as leaders,guiding students to fulfill the teaching objectives.To explore such a process of teaching leadership,the present study conducts an in-depth interview with 17 university teachers from Shanghai.The results show that,most teachers use direct communication,quiz and questionnaire to assess learners'needs;adopt questioning,discussion and case studies to involve students in learning;understand learner differences and encourage students'independent thinking as well as risk taking;mainly focus on the process and results of students'learning,but also try to stimulate their thinking about life and help them become cultured and refined inwardly;and mostly take traditional exams as the means of final evaluation.This exploration of teaching leadership process would be helpful and significant for improving students'learning efficiency.
