Microteaching plays a very important role in normal students’teaching skills training,how to apply mi-croteaching in their teaching skills is very worthy of research.The article takes the normal university students of Jishou uni-versity as an example,expounds the problems in normal students’teaching skills training of microteaching application,and puts forward the specific countermeasures on how to use microteaching to cultivate their teaching skills.
