湖南省经济管理类本科专业学生培养现状的分析与思考

Analysis & Thought on the Current State of Training of Economics and Management Specialities in Hunan Province

近10年来,湖南省经济管理类本科专业和专业点增长较快,专业规模不断扩大;教师队伍绝对数量增加较快,相对数量不足,队伍的职称结构得到改善,整体素质有待提高;生源质量稳步提升;培养质量和就业状况良好。针对这一现状,教育行政管理部门应加强宏观研究和宏观指导、稳定经济管理类本科专业的规模比例,高校应重视教师队伍建设、深化教学改革,不断提高经济管理类本科专业的人才培养质量,以满足经济社会的需求。

Since 1999,the number of economics and management specialities and educational programmers has grown fast,the scale of specialities has expanded continuously in Hunan Province;the absolute quantity of teaching staffs has grown rapidly,but the relative number of them is not enough;the academic title of them has been improved,but the overall quality remains to raise;the matriculate quality of them has a rapid development and the quality of training and employment is in good state.In order to satisfy the need of society,the education management departments should steady the scale of students,conduct a macroscopic study and guidance;the universities and colleges should build up the teaching staffs,deepen education reform and improve the quality of economics and management professionals.
