摘要
以中江高速公路西江特大桥桥墩冲刷防护工程为实例,系统地分析了该工程冲刷防护方案设计、施工组织、质量控制中的关键问题。重点阐述了袋装砂、级配石、块石三层防护结构的设计方案及其优化,总结了基于抛投试验的冲刷防护施工组织,并对施工后各结构层的厚度、标高与设计要求进行了对比分析,验证了各结构层袋装砂、级配石、块石的抛填厚度和顶面标高均满足设计标准。
Based on protection engineering against scouring around piers of West River Bridge, key problems such as design of scouring protection, construction organization, quality control, were systematically analyzed. The design scheme that consists of three layers of bagged sands, graded broken stones and block stones was described and optimized. And based on dumped stones test, anti -washing construction was summarized, then the thickness and top elevation of each structural layer after constructing were analyzed compared with the design requirements, it is tested that both the thickness and top elevation are accord with design standard well.
