摘要
平等原则是民法的基本原则之一。文章阐释了合同平等原则的含义,归纳了平等原则在我国合同法上的丰富内容,指出了合同平等原则在我国的现实意义以及在司法实践中的重要作用,从而全方位论述了我国合同法中的平等原则。
The Equality Principle is the basic priciple of the Civil Law.The article illustrates the principle of equality for the contract,which summarized the rich content of equality in our country＇s contract law.In order to expound the principle of equality in the contract law from all aspects,the practical significance and important role in judicial practice of equality are discussed as well.
