抓好煤矿瓦斯防治工作 促进煤炭工业健康发展

党中央、国务院高度重视煤矿瓦斯治理工作,制订出台一系列优惠政策,鼓励与加强煤矿瓦斯治理,已取得显著成绩。虽然取得了一些成绩,但是重特大煤矿瓦斯事故还没有得到有效遏制,甚至还出现反复。本文分析了瓦斯事故仍然存在的深层次问题,提出了相关问题的解决办法与政策建议,确定煤矿瓦斯治理应突出重点,标本兼治,实现煤炭工业健康发展。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council pay great attention to prevention and control of coal mine gas. They have formulated a series of preferential policies to encourage and strengthen prevention and control of coal mine gas, and have achieved prominent results. Despite these achievements, some serious and extremely serious gas accidents have not been effectively halted in coal mines, or even occurred frequently. The paper analyzes the deep - rooted problems of gas accidents. It proposes some methods and policy recommendations to resolve the related problems, h stresses to determine some important issues in prevention and control of coal mine gas, to strike at both causes and consequences in a comprehensive way, and to achieve sound development of the coal mining industry.
