摘要
约旦死海盐池自凝灰浆墙施工中,针对盐水中含的各种离子与自凝灰浆中主要的水泥和膨润土反应热烈,加之高温的影响,使得常规的自凝灰浆的特性在盐水中发生了很大的变化情况,通过进行现场试验,确定自凝灰浆配合比、外加剂量及槽孔固壁灰浆比重。施工结果表明,现场试验的自凝灰浆材料配比完全达到设计要求。
In the construction of self-curing mortar wall of Salt Lake in Jordan,because of the strong reaction between various ions in the salt water and main cement and bentonite in the self-curing mortar,and the impact of high temperature,the conventional self-curing characteristics of mortar had great changes in the salt water.Through site slurry tests,the ratio of self-curing mortar,additive dosage and the proportion of solid mortar are defined. The results indicate that the ratio of self-curing mortar materials from the site slurry test fully reaches the design requirements.
