两介质接触面剪切力学行为试验与数值分析

摘要 采用压剪荷载下的光弹性贴片试验分析两介质接触界面的应力集中和峰值剪应力,并用数值模拟的方法考虑了界面形貌起伏角数和两介质强度比值的影响。结果表明:应力集中程度在加载初期随起伏角和强度比值的增加而增强,加载后期呈现相反规律;起伏角的增加不能无限提高峰值剪应力;用光贴片试验和数值模拟结合的手段分析接触面的应力集中具有优势;峰值剪应力随强度比值呈近似线性增长趋势,并经过数值模拟获得两者的关系式。 The photoelastic coating tests under the compressionshear loading are carried out to study the stress concentration and peak shear stress of the interface between dissimilar materials.The effect of the number of saw-tooth at the interface and the ratio of strength between two materials are analyzed by using numerical simulation.The main results are as follows: initially,the stress concentration is intensified as the number of saw-tooth and the ratio of strength are increased,but afterwards,the fact is completely contradictory.The peak shear stress would not be increased unlimitedly as the number of saw-tooth is increased after it reached a critical threshold.The method of combining the photoelastic coating tests and numerical simulation would have a definite advantage in analyzing the stress concentration at the interface between dissimilar materials.There appears a linear development between the peak shear stress and the ratio of strength,and the expression composing of them is acquired by using the numerical simulation.
