充气钻井在牛东火成岩裂缝性储层中的研究与应用

摘要 吐哈油田三塘湖盆地牛东区块是典型的孔隙-裂缝性火成岩低压储层,常规钻井中机械钻速低、易发生恶性漏失,给钻井及储层保护问题带来了相当大的挑战。为此,本文根据漏失速度,优化了充气钻井方式及注入气液排量,应用了"PDC+螺杆"的欠平衡复合钻井技术,使三塘湖油田原油日产量实现了千吨突破,同时解决了裂缝性储层井漏与提高了火成岩地层的机械钻速,为火成岩储层的快速高效开发提供了一条有效的途径。 The reservoir in block Niudong of Tangtanghu basin is a typical pore-fracture igneous reservoir with low pressure. The problems such as low penetration rate of normal drilling and serious loss bring great challenge to and reservoir protection. According to the rate of the loss, the way of aerated gas drilling drilling and injection gas/liquid delivery rate are Optimized, and daily oil production have been realized a breakthrough of 1 000 tons in Santanghu oilfield by Using under-balance drilling technology with PDC and screw. The problem of circulation loss in fractured reservoir is solved and penetration rate in igneous formation is improved. The technology provides an effective way to develop igneous reservoir rapidly and efficiently.
