摘要 针对防渗浆材结石体或灌浆固结体渗透性的测试及其对污染物阻滞性能测试的需要,研制了一种围压密封的柔壁渗透仪,并获得国家专利。采用S、N和Z型3类浆材结石体试样,通过在不同渗透压力、不同围压条件下的渗透系数测定,与南-55型变水头渗透仪的对比试验研究,证明柔壁渗透仪对制样要求不高、密封好、测试误差〈1×10-7cm/s,精度满足规范要求。这种渗透仪的创新点在于采用柔性橡胶膜作测试试样的侧壁,通过气压或水压施加围压实现试样的侧壁密封,渗透压力可在10~1 000 kPa范围调节,围压可在10~1 500 kPa范围调节,试样直径有61.8 mm和101 mm 2种规格可选且精度要求不高,试样高度在20~150 mm范围内任意选用,可方便地用于测试浆材结石体或灌浆固结体的渗透系数,以及浆材结石体对污水中污染物的阻滞性能,有助于防渗浆材的研制和防渗灌浆的评价。 This paper aim at needs of permeability test of slurry concretion body and grouting concretion body and their block performance test to the pollutant,developing one kind of flexible wall permeatmeter that is airproofed by all round pressure,and got chinese patent.Through permeability coefficient test of S,N and Z three slurry stone samples in different seepage pressure and different all round pressure,compareing test results of the flexible wall permeatmeter with NAN-55 permeatmeter.It is proved that the flexible wall permeatmeter has no high requirement to made slurry concretion body sample,good airproof,test the most error less than 1×10-7 cm/s and precision meet requirement of the code.This article has considered not only selection flexible latex film for wall round the sample and airproofing side of the sample by air pressure or water pressure,seepage pressure adjusting range 10~1 000 kPa,all round pressure 10~1 500 kPa,selection any one of 61.8 mm and 101mm diameter samples and low precision requirement for the sample diameter,selection any the sample height in 20~150 mm range.The permeatmeter can use expediently to test permeability coefficient of slurry concretion body and grouting concretion body,block performance of the body to the pollutant in sewage,and help to developing antiseepage slurry and evaluation of antiseepage grouting engineering.
