摘要
针对目前我国房地产行业发展受到国家宏观调控的影响较深的情况,深入分析了房地产企业融资风险因素,风险存在环节以及风险特点,提出了化解房地产企业融资风险的有效对策。
This article analyzed the risk factors of real-estate enterprises financing,the risk existing links and the risk characteristics in-depth,and provided effective countermeasures for resolving the risk of real-estate enterprises financing which were put forward aimed at that currently the development of China＇s real-estate industry has been deeply influenced by the national macro-control.
