摘要 介绍了支架大流量安全阀的工作原理和结构特点,采用功率键合图法和状态空间法建立安全阀系统动态特性的数学模型以及仿真模型,利用Simulink对其动态特性进行了数字仿真分析,得出了在顶板快速下沉时,该阀的阀口压力及流量曲线和阀芯的位移及速度曲线。通过分析仿真结果可知,适当增加弹簧的刚度,可提高阀的灵敏度,减小阀芯的振荡,实现大流量安全阀的动态特性优化。 The structure characteristics and working principle of the large flow relief valve used in hydraulic supports were introduced.The dynamic mathematic model and simulation model were built by means of power bond graphs and state space method.Digital simulation analysis for dynamic characteristics of the valve was made by Simulink.It had the curve of valve mouth on pressure,the curve of valve disk on displacement and the curve of valve disk on speed when the roof sinked in the rapid speed.Simulation results show that the appropriate increase in the stiffness of the spring can improve the sensitivity of valve,and reduce the oscillation of the valve disk,and achieve the optimization of the large flow relief valve on dynamic capability.
