摘要
介绍了变速器箱体轻量化分析的步骤。应用Pro/E软件建立三维数模,应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析。通过对ANSYS Workbench后处理数据进行分析,得出变速器箱体应力、变形的分布情况,为变速器箱体的进一步优化提供了依据。
This paper introduces the analytical step of transmission box lightweight. First, Pro/E software is used to establish the three dimensional mathematical model of the box, then ANSYS Workbench software is applied to carry out the finite element analysis. After the data are post-processed by ANSYS Workbench, the stress, strain and deformation of the box are obtained, which provides a basis for the optimization of transmission boxes.
