弯管零件逆向设计方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 弯管零件用途广泛,但由于其空间的复杂性,不易测量与仿制。利用三维坐标测量机,可以在较短时间内测得大量弯管零件表面上的点。利用数值方法,即可得到弯管零件各项参数的近似值。在单段圆柱拟合的基础上,重点关注弯管零件关键点的求解,同时给出了一种快速确定弯管矢量初值的方法。 Pipe parts are widely used,but they are difficult to be measured or copied because of their complex structure.With CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine),lots of point data on a pipe part surface can be collected in a short time.The parameters of the pipe part can be calculated by numerical method.On the base of single pipe fitting,this paper focuses on how to get the key points of a pipe part,and gives a method to evaluate the initial parameters quickly.
