刮板输送机圆环链的包络曲面方程

Envelope Surface Equation of Scraper Conveyor's Ring-chain

根据刮板输送机链轮齿数、链节距、圆环链棒料半径和回转半径建立圆环曲面方程,求出圆环曲面被平面z=z0截得的曲线方程,选取链轮为运动参考系求得曲线族方程;最后根据包络原理求出曲线族的包络曲线方程,用z代替z0求出圆环曲面的包络曲面方程。

This paper established the ring surface equation according to scraper conveyor＇s sprocket teeth,chain pitch,ring-chain bar radius and radius of gyration.The curve equation is obtained while the ring surface is cutting off by the surface z=z0.And the equation is obtained of curves when selecting the sprocket as the reference system.The envelope curve equation of the curves is got according to the envelope principle,and the envelope surface equation of the ring surface is got too,after replacing z0 with z at last.
