摘要
通过热弹流润滑数值计算,分析了齿轮转速对齿轮传动接触疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明:在一定的工况条件下,提高齿轮转速有利于延长齿轮传动的接触疲劳寿命;然而,当齿轮转速超过一定值时,疲劳寿命随转速的提高不增反降。这一研究结果对国际齿轮强度计算标准中所荐速度系数的适用范围提出了质疑。
Based on thermal EHL numerical computations,the effect of rotational velocity on the fatigue life of gear is investigated.The computational results show:increasing rotational speed can help to extend the contact fatigue life of gear in certain working conditions;However,when the gear rotational velocity exceeds a certain value,its contact fatigue life will decrease with the increase of speed.Based on the results,the paper questions the validity of the speed factor,which is monotonously going up as the speed rise,recommended by the current design standard of the contact fatigue strength of gear(ISO/TC60 423E).
