Analysis of Strip Surface Oxidation Defects in Batch Annealing

针对罩式退火中钢带的表面氧化缺陷问题,在详细分析了钢带表面氧化缺陷的宏观特征与微观特征以及缺陷形成条件的基础上,根据现场实际设备及工艺特点,给出了钢带表面氧化缺陷的主要成因,提出了相应的控制措施,取得了良好的使用效果。

To counter the problem of surface oxidation defects in the process of batch annealing for the strip,after a number of field experiments and theoretical studies,we gave the main factors affecting the strip surface oxidation defects on the basis of analyzing the macro-features and micro-features of strip surface oxidation defects,and the conditions for defect formation were analyzed detaily.According to the actual equipment and process characteristics in the field,we had put forward the corresponding control measure,and applied it to the production practices,and achieved good results.
