摘要
通过电火花成形加工3Cr2W8V的实验研究,探索了峰值电流、脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔对电火花成形加工的加工速度、电极损耗的影响,总结出3Cr2W8V电火花成形加工合理的加工参数。实验表明:峰值电流为18.4 A、脉冲宽度为130μs、脉冲间隔为24μs时,可以进行高效加工。这对模具制造中采用电火花成形加工具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,through the experimental research on EDM of 3Cr2W8V,the influences of the peak current,pulse-width,pulse interval time on machining speed and electrode wear rate were discussed,and the optimized machining parameters for 3Cr2W8V were summarized.The experiment shows:when the peak current is 18.4 A,pulse-width is 130 μs,pulse interval time is 24 μs,3Cr2W8V can be machined efficiently.This study gives some directions for EDM in die manufacturing.
