摘要
对炼镁还原罐的失效形式及原因进行了理论和实验分析,通过对还原罐样品进行宏观形貌、SEM、化学成分、金相等方面的分析,结果表明还原罐的高温失效是由组织变化引起的,从而确定了还原罐发生断裂失效的原因。
This paper analyzed the failure causes of magnesium-melting reduction pot,based on a series of tests including macro morphological observation,SEM,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis,and so on.It is found that the failure of reduction pots at high temperature was caused by microstructure deteriorating.
