摘要
介绍了超重型刮板输送机刮板链工作状态检测的基本原理,在此基础上对刮板链条伸长率检测及张力检测方法进行了分析,从而为刮板链的维护提供依据,保证刮板输送机的正常运行。
This paper introduces the basic principle of the state detection of extra-heavy-duty scraper conveyor chain.Based on this,the paper analyzes the test method of scraper chain elongation and tension,so as to provide the basis for the maintenance of scraper chain,to ensure scraper conveyor running.
