China's small-and mediumsized enterprises(SME)development index was 106.7 in the second quarter this year,down 0.4 percentage points from the first quarter,with the index movement turning to steady after continuous rises for three quarters

China＇s small-and medium-sized enterprises （SME） development index was 106.7 in the second quarter this year, down 0.4 percentage points from the first quarter, with the index movement turning to steady after continuous rises for three quarters running, according to a survey on SME development index sponsored by the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises （CASME） . Of the index, the index on tnterprises＇ feeling of the macro economy, production, financing and floating funds declined.
