Effect of GA3,IAA and Pistillate Glume on Germination Characteristics of Carex Baccans Nees Seed

摘要 莎草科浆果苔草种子分别用50mg·L-1,80mg·L-1,100mg·L-1的GA3、IAA处理12h、24h和36h,GA3和IAA对种子萌发没有明显影响,果囊则是造成该植物休眠的主要原因. The seeds of Carex baccans Nees in the family Cyperaceae were Soaked in 50,80,100mg·L-1 GA3 and IAA respectively for 12h,24h and 36h.GA3 and IAA had no significant effect on seed germination,But the pistillate glume is the main cause of the plant dormancy.
