不同时间培土对烤烟不定根发育及活性的影响

Influences of Different Hilling Time on the Development and Activity of Adventitious Roots of Tobacco

将烤烟品种K326的8叶一心期烟苗移栽,分别于移栽后第10、20、30、40、50天进行培土处理,以研究不同时间培土对烤烟不定根发育及活性的影响。结果表明:移栽后第40天培土处理的烤烟在相同时间取样时产生的不定根数目、重量、最大一级不定根长度和整株不定根活性都比其他处理的高;移栽后第10、20、30天培土处理15 d后取样时侧根和不定根各项指标的增加量均呈依次增加的趋势,但侧根各项指标的增加量比不定根各项指标的增加量均增加得显著,移栽后第40天培土处理15 d后取样时侧根各项指标的增加量却不如不定根各项指标的增加量增加得显著。研究证明,移栽后第40天培土处理时是烤烟K326不定根发育及活性增加的最佳时间。

To study the influences of different hilling time on the development and activity of adventitious roots of tobacco,the tobacco seedlings with eight-leaves and one-heart of K326 were ridged separately on the tenth day,the twentieth day,the thirtieth day,the fortieth day and the fiftieth day after transplant.The results showed that the amount,the weight,the length of the primary roots and the activity of adventitious roots of entire plant,which hilling on the fortieth day after transplant,were higher than that of samples of the other treatments at the same time;when sampling the plants that fifteen days after the hilling treatment on the tenth day,the twentieth day and the thirtieth day after transplant,the increments of each index of lateral roots and adventitious roots showed a tendency of ordinal increase,and the increments of each index of lateral roots increased more significantly than that of the adventitious roots;but the increments of each index of lateral roots increased less significantly than that of the adventitious roots when sampling the plants that fifteen days after the hilling treatment on the fortieth day after transplant.The experiment indicated that hilling on the fortieth day after transplant was the best time for the development and activity of the adventitious roots of K326.
