Remote Mail Service of the renopuncture tissues of 1607 Patients

目的研究肾穿组织远程邮寄病理检验的实用性。方法采用自制的肾穿组织固定邮寄盒收集院外肾穿标本进行病理检验，并对标本来源、邮寄与出报告时间、邮寄盒状况、肾组织光镜与免疫酶染色结果、诊断满意率等进行分析。结果6年间共收集院外肾穿标本1607份，来自15个省、51家医院56个科室。邮寄盒元渗漏及变形，报告时间10～15天。肾组织光镜图象优良，免疫酶染色结果稳定。结论该邮寄盒有较大推广应用潜力，对促进基层医院肾穿工作的开展具有积极意义。

Objective To study the usefulness of remote mail pathologic service of the renopuncture tissues . Method Using the special renal tissue mial-boxes to collect renopuncture samples of extemal hospitals and carried out the pathologic diagnosis .Results We collected altogether 1067 share of samples during past 6 years distributing to 15 provinces and 51 hospitals .The mailboxes had no any penetration and deformation ,the report time of the pathologic diagnosis was 10 ~ 15 days.The microscopic pictures were excellent and the results of immunohistochemical stain were stable. Conclusions The mail-boxes have a great applying potentiality all the remote mail pathologic secice of the renopuncture have a positive significance to promote renal biopsy in basic hospitals.
