高通量检测技术在植物病毒检疫中的研究应用及前景

摘要 对植物病毒检测技术中几种常用的高通量检测方法进行综述,主要对酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、多重PCR及生物芯片检测技术的原理、特点及适用范围做了评价和分析。 Several common used high-throughput detection methods for plant virus were summarized,and the theories,characteristics and scope of application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),multiplex PCR and biochip detection technology were evaluated and analyzed emphatically.
