摘要
利用热传导理论对弹药保温过程中的传热特性进行分析,通过传热学计算和测试手段确定有关参数。利用三维实体建模软件Solidworks建立弹药实体模型,通过ANSYS有限元仿真分析软件进行分析计算,对弹药内部温度传递变化规律进行仿真,得到弹药温度场分布与保温时间的关系及整弹保透所需时间。结果证明了现行军标规定保温时间确有很大压缩空间。
The heat-transfer character of ammunition in temperature conditioning process was analyzed with heat transfer theory.Relevant parameters were determined based on calculation of heat transfer and test.The model of the ammunition was established with 3D model software Solidworks;analytical calculation was carried on using ANSYS;internal heat transfer of the ammunition was simulated,and the relation between temperature field and heat preservation time was obtained as well as required time of temperature conditioning for fully treatment.The result showed that the time of the ammunition temperature conditioning required by military standard can be compressed a lot.
