不同基质对西番莲插穗生根的影响

Impacts of Different Media on the Cutting Rooting of Passiflora coerulea Linn.

为提高扦插西番莲的生根率,确定最优的扦插基质,以3种不同质地的插穗为材料,在4种不同基质进行扦插试验,以西番莲生根的成活率、生根质量的影响因子来评价其扦插效果。结果表明:3种质地的插穗混合扦插以草炭土综合效应最好,珍珠岩的最差。选当年嫩枝作为插穗时,以选用蛭石作为扦插基质最好。

To enhance the cutting rooting rate of Passiflora coerulea Linn.and ascertain the optimum cutting medium,three different types of cutting were taken as material and four different media were used for cutting tests.Then,the rooting survival rate and rooting quality of Passiflora coerulea Linn.were taken as the influencing factors to evaluate the cutting effect of Passiflora coerulea Linn..The results showed that the general effect of peat soil on the three kinds of mixed cutting rooting was the best,and that of perlite was the worst;the general effect of vermiculite on tender branch cuttings of Passiflora coerulea Linn.was the best.
