摘要
文章通过对服装三线包缝机缝纫线迹下,不同厚度梭织面料的缝纫用线消耗比的研究和相同厚度普通非弹性梭织面料与弹性梭织面料的用线量比的研究,最后得出结论:1.普通梭织面料的用线量和E值是随着面料之间厚度减小而逐渐减小的,并且可以拟合为线性方程公式。2.普通非弹性梭织面料的用线量和弹性梭织面料的用线量并无太大差别。文章研究的目的在于对服装缝纫线生产用量进行估算,使缝纫线采购有的放矢,尽可能避免缝纫线浪费,同时降低生产成本。
Thread consumption of three-thread overseam stitch on tatting fabrics with different thickness was investigated.The thread consumption was also compared with the quantity on non-elastic tatting fabrics with the same thickness.It is concluded that the thread consumption and E value decrease as the fabric thickness reduces with a fitted linear equation.The thread consumption on common non-elastic tatting fabrics is almost the same as that on elastic tatting fabrics.
