The muscle strength characteristics of knee joints of jumping event players and its impact on their sports ability are discussed.Their physique,physical function and sports quality are studied with concrete indexes.Statistically,some theoretical references for training,player selection and clinic recovery are proposed on the basis of the understanding about physical fitness in sports training theory.
