摘要
目的与方法:本实验研究旨在通过对菌丝体直径的测量和分析天平称重的方法比较,寻找高产深层富硒灵芝菌丝体的最佳培养方法;结果:用葡萄糖作碳源,在500mL的三角烧瓶中装入200mL的培养基、接种母液含量为15%,封口材料用6层纱布,温度28℃,摇床转速200rpm,亚硒酸钠浓度0.01g%;结论:使用此培养条件培养的富硒灵芝,不仅产量高,而且经采用微量元素及氨基酸含量分析证明。
Objective
and method: The experiment is intended to explore a way to productively yield the Se
rich Glossy Ganoderma by means of measuring the diameter of the hypha body and
weighing the hypha with an analytical balance on different productive conditions.Result
:The best way revealed by the experiments is that dextrose as carbon source,200ml
culture media in a 500ml flask,15% density of mother liquor,sealed with 6 layers of
gauze,rotated on a table at 200 rpm,0.01% consistency of Na 2Se 2O
3.Conclusion:Under the conditions ,the output is not only high but it is testified by the
microchemical analysis and volume analysis that the medical and nutritive amino acids
of the Se rich Glossy Gandrema is rich.
