摘要
目的:研究新生儿窒息后血清有关酶谱改变对临床的指导意义;方法:测定142例围产期窒息儿入院24h内血清ALT、AST、LDH值,同时以30例无窒息早产儿,足月小样儿作为对照,并结合胸片、心电图、头颅CT进行比较;结果:对照组与轻度窒息组无显著性差异(p>0.05);AST、LDH值对照组与重度窒息组有高度显著性差异(p<0.005);轻度窒息组与重度窒息组有高度显著性差异(p<0.01和p<0.005);窒息组ALT值升高发生率为5.63%;结论:对窒息新生儿早期观察血清AST、LDH、ALT对评定窒息的程度及并发症的发生提供了参考依据。
Objective:To study the changes in plasma enzyme spectrum in asphyxiated neonates and evaluate their clinical significance.Methods:Plasma ALT、AST、LDH levels were determined in 142 perinatal asphyxiated neonates in admitted 24 hours,30cases of non asphyxiated neonates and small for gestational age infant served as controls ,and chest x ray,ECG and CT were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in plasma enzyme levels between control group and mild group.Significant difference in plasma levels of AST and LDH between control group and severe group was found.There was significant difference between mild group and severe group (p<0 01 or p<0 005).The increased incidence of plasma ALT level of asphyxiated group is 5.63%.Conclusions:Early mornitoring the changes of plasma AST,LDH and ALT in asphyxiated neonates might clarify the degrees of asphyxia and complications.
