摘要
企业技术创新采纳决策是指依据企业战略目标,为实现特定的企业技术创新任务,在两个或两个以上的创新备选方案中,选择一个合理方案的分析判断过程。决策性被视为企业技术创新采纳的本质属性。企业技术创新采纳决策至少应当包含四个要素:目标、主体、方案、过程。企业技术创新采纳决策目标包括技术目标和经济目标两种。企业技术创新采纳决策的成功,不仅取决于创新采纳客体的现状,还取决于各个阶段的决策主体对技术创新采纳决策过程的了解和掌握,即取决于决策主体的创新采纳能力。
The decision-making of an enterprise's innovation adoption is a process in which the enterprise finally chooses one innovation plan in two or more plans after analysis and judgment.The decision quality is regarded as an essential nature of innovation adoption.Innovation adoption decision-making consists of at least such four elements as aim,main body,plan and process.The aim of the innovation adoption includes technological aim and economic aim.The success of innovation adoption decision-making depends not only on the present situation of the innovation adoption object,but also on the understanding and control of the decision-making subject for the process of innovation adoption decision-making,namely the innovation adoption ability of the decision-making subject.
