温州商务成本调查分析——基于237家企业的满意度调查

Commercial Costs in Wenzhou:Based on a Survey of 237 Businesses

调查发现,企业对温州市商务成本综合评价满意度较高,其中对产业配套、资本成本、经营成本的满意度居各项指标前列,但用地价格、写字楼租金、城市生态环境、公共卫生、社会治安等因素制约了区域投资环境的进一步优化。就商务成本发展趋势而言,企业对"十二五"期间商务成本预期普遍看涨,这对投资者信心产生一定程度的负面影响。为了增强温州城市竞争力,激活民间资本,必须控制和降低商务成本。

Investigation of 237 enterprises conclude that the degree of synthesized satisfaction of commercial costs in Wenzhou is better,especially,the supporting of industries,the cost of capital and running enterprise,are better than other indexes and that the price of land,the rent of office building,the urban ecological environment,the public sanitary conditions and the public security,however,would constraint further prioritization of the Wenzhou investment environment.The trend of commercial costs going during the twelfth five years,believed by most enterprises,will be higher.It will yield negative effect to the decision of investors.We should,in order to improve the competitiveness of Wenzhou and to attract private capital,control or reduce the commercial costs.
