Issues Calling for Attention Concerning the Sino-Russian Economic and Trade Cooperation

近几年来,受一系列战略因素的推动,俄罗斯积极、主动地谋求与中国的经贸合作,特别是区域领域的合作,以实现其东部地区的开发与开放战略。而中国从调整开放格局的角度出发,也更加重视对俄区域合作。能源合作和货物贸易是中俄经贸合作的两个重要方面,均应进一步加强。

In recent years,driven by a series of strategic factors,Russia has been actively seeking economic and trade cooperation with China.Regional cooperation between the two countries is,in particular,conducive to achieving Russia＇s Eastern Region Development and Opening-up Strategy,whilst China attaches more importance to the regional cooperation with Russia from the perspective of adjusting its opening-up pattern.In China-Russia economic and trade cooperation,energy cooperation and trade in commodities are two key elements that should be further strengthened.
