In order to realize the Great-Leap-Forward development of social and economical growth and build the Well-off society in an all-round way,this paper studies the situation of the soft environment in Midwest region.The research not only plays an important role in attracting external investment,but also handles difficult problems in regional economy.Therefore,the harmonious development of regional economy and reducing gaps between different regional economies can be realized.
