以贵州省"家电下乡"政策实施效果为调研对象,深入了解当前"家电下乡"政策在贵州省执行过程中出现的问题。同时,结合省情对如何进一步改善"家电下乡"政策实施效果,使其在贵州省取得预期的政治和经济目标提出了具体的对策和建议。

This paper takes ＂Guizhou Consumer Electronics Subsidy Program＂ policy implementation effects as object,researches the problems of policy implementation at present deeply.On the other hands,binds the policy with Guizhou reality,gives some suggestions on how to perfecting ＂Chinese Rural Government＇s Consumer Electronics Subsidy Program＂ policy implementation effects and archives the goals of economics and political.
