关于科技期刊“作者简介”栏的著录研究

关于科技期刊"作者简介"栏内容的著录可谓仁者见仁,智者见智,没有形成一个统一的格式,各科技期刊也根据各自的"爱好"设置本刊物的"作者简介"栏内容.本文针对信息和网络社会环境下信息交流的需要,通过对重庆市所有科技期刊的实际调查,在需求分析的基础上,列项对"作者简介"栏内容设置进行了分析,指出"作者简介"栏信息过多,不仅会在期刊订阅和编辑加工过程中产生负面影响,而且还会导致作者隐私权与期刊新闻权的冲突,但太少也不利于相关信息的统计分析,在确保作者权益与公众利益协调一致和简洁实用的原则的基础上,提出了新时期科技期刊作者简介栏项目的具体设置.

Different people have different opinions on the description for the column of brief introduction to the author in the Sci-tech periodicals.There is no fixed format.Each Sci-tech periodicals set the contents of the column of brief introduction to the author according to their preference.In terms of information and network environment,and the demand of information communication,through the actual investigation of all Sci-tech periodicals in Chongqing,based on the analysis of requirements,how to set the contents of the column of brief introduction to the author was analyzed.It was pointed that too much information of brief introduction to the author not only had negative influence in the process of subscription and edition,but also led to the conflict of the privacy right and news right.And too little information wasn＇t good to the statistics and analysis of relevant information.Based on the principle of consistency of rights of the author and the public and the principle of simplicity and practical function,how to set the items of brief introduction to the author in the Sci-tech periodicals was proposed.
