规范使用阿司匹林防治心血管疾病

Regularizing the Use of Aspirin prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease

阿司匹林具有抗血小板凝集的作用,被用作动脉血栓的一级预防,但是目前我国阿司匹林在心血管疾病上的使用率并不高,而且在临床使用上存在许多不规范。因此适用人群未能在阿司匹林防治心血管疾病上获得最大利益。本文就我国适用人群多、使用人群少、处方剂量不足等问题,指出阿司匹林在使用的最佳剂量和剂型上欠规范,同时结合阿司匹林研发力量及生产力度进行系统综述,以期扩大阿司匹林防治心血管疾病的受益人群,对我国及世界的心血管病患者的健康提供帮助。

Aspirin is used to first-degree prevent artery thrombus as anticoagulant. However, to this day, Aspirin still lies in an inhibited stage and nonstandard application of cardiovascular disease in clinic in our country. Thus, the patients can＇t get the most benefit of Aspirin in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. In this article, we would try to expand the range of patients who can use Aspirin and offer some help to the health of cardiovascular disease, through summarizing the RD, manufacture, as well as the best dosage and usage form of Aspirin.
