摘要 通过探讨组胺受体1抑制剂的体内代谢过程及其影响因素,为临床中合理的选择药物以及安全的确定药物剂量提供指导。 The metabolism process of the histamine receptor 1 inhibitors and the factors affected the process were discussed,in order to guide the safe and rational use of these medicines clinically.
