逍遥散出自《太平惠民合剂局方》,由甘草、当归、茯苓、白芍、白术、柴胡、薄荷、煨姜组成,经方原型为散剂,现有丸剂、口服液、汤剂,因汤剂能随证加减化裁,被普遍应用。功能疏肝解郁、健脾和营,用于肝郁脾虚而致的两胁作痛、寒热往来、头痛目眩、口咽干燥、神疲食少、月经不调、乳房作胀、脉弦而虚者。孙同郊系"十一五"名老中医,从医50余载。作者随师10余载,深感余师临床经验丰富。现录孙师逍遥散医案4则,可窥见一斑。
