八正散结合经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗腺性膀胱炎30例

Ba-zheng-powder Combination of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Combined with Intravesical Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis of 30 Cases

目的:观察八正散结合经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗腺性膀胱炎临床疗效。方法:本组30例病人,经膀胱镜检查和病理诊断为腺性膀胱炎,行八正散加减结合经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术联合术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注并联合中药八正合剂治疗。结果:随访1年～3年,平均18个月,30例患者中治愈20例,好转7例,无效3例,其中复发5例。结论:八正散加减结合经尿道膀胱黏膜电切术联合术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效满意。

Objective：To observe Ba-zheng-powder combination of transurethral resection of bladder combined with intravesical chemotherapy in the treatment of cystitis glandularis cancer.Methods：30 patients by cystoscopy and pathological diagnosis of cystitis,line 8 are combined with Modified transurethral bladder resection combined with postoperative intravesical instillation of pirarubicin combined traditional Chinese medicine and eight BM treatments.Results：After 1 year-3 years,with an average of 18 months,30 patients were cured and 20 cases,improved in 7 cases,3 cases,including 5 cases of recurrence.Conclusion：Modified Powder the combination of transurethral resection of bladder mucosa after pirarubicin combined bladder instillation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis satisfactory effect.
