点刺四缝穴配合患儿家属按摩治疗小儿厌食症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE 10)Combined with Chiropractics of Infant Patients' Family Members for Treatment of Infantile Anorexia

目的:观察点刺四缝穴配合患儿家属按摩对小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将100例小儿厌食症门诊病例随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组(52例)运用点刺四缝穴配合患儿家属在家自行按摩的方法治疗,对照组(48例)单纯采用点刺四缝穴治疗。经1个月治疗后进行疗效统计。结果:治疗过程中,两组患儿均未出现不良反应。观察组与对照组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(96.15%,91.67%;P>0.05);但两组愈显率比较,差异有显著性(86.54%,60.42%;P<0.01)。结论:点刺四缝穴结合患儿家属按摩的方法治疗小儿厌食症较单纯点刺四缝穴临床疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of acupuncture at Sifeng（EX-UE 10） combined with chiropractics of infant patients＇ family members in treating the infantile anorexia.Methods：100 cases infants with anorexia were randomly divided into the test group（52 cases）and the control group（48 cases）.Both groups were treated with acupuncture at Sifeng（EX-UE 10）,chiropractics of infant patients＇ family members was given additionally to the test group.The curative effect was observed in both groups after 1 month after treatment.Results：In the course of treatment,two groups of children were not adverse reactions.The statistic analysis showed that the total effect of two groups（96.15% and 91.67%） had not a significant difference（P〈0.05）.But there is a marked difference between the two groups in the cure rate and the effective rate（86.54% and 60.42%,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Acupuncture at Sifeng（EX-UE 10）combined with chiropractics of infant patients＇ family members for treatment of infantile anorexia than a simple acupuncture at Sifeng（EX-UE 10） is good in clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical application.
