胃脘痛辨证护理

Epigastric Pain Dialectical Nursing

胃脘痛是以上腹胃脘部、近心窝处经常发生的疼痛为主的病症。多因外感寒邪、饮食不节、忧思恼怒、脾胃虚弱等原因而致病。文章总结了本院消化内科2001—2010年间胃脘痛患者的辨证护理的临床体会。在胃脘痛这组征候的发生、发展、转归中,动态的观察病情;及时准确的辨证分型;切实有效的根据不同证型应用不同的护理措施,是取得良好的临床效果的关键。

Pain over the epigastrium due exogenous wind-cold,toimmoderate eating and drinking,emotional depression,asthenia of the spleen and stomach,etc.In this paper the clinical experience for Epigastralgia by dialetic nursing are summarized.During 2001—2010,patients with Epigastralgia in the Deparment of Digestion internal medicine in our hospital were included.Among the occurrence,development,and outcome of Epigastralgia TCM syndrome,the key to well clinical effect is dynamic observation,accurate and timely syndrome differentiation,practical and effective nursing measure according to different syndrome types.
