应用半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎临床经验总结

A Summary of Clinical Experience of Applying Banxia Xiexin Decoction to Treat Chronic Gastritis

半夏泻心汤是出自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》的名方,主要治疗中气虚弱,寒热错杂,升降失常而导致胃肠不和的病症,本方又体现调和寒热、辛开苦降治法的代表方。临床运用半夏泻心汤随证化裁治疗慢性胃炎取得很好的效果,现总结出治疗慢性胃炎的临床经验。

Banxia Xiexin Decoction（Pinella Heart-Draining Decoction）is one of the famous prescriptions from Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases written by ZHANG Zhong-jing.The main function of the prescription is to treat deficiency of middle qi（stomach qi）,cold-heat complex symptoms,stomach-intestine disharmony due to abnormal ascending and descending qi movements.Moreover,it is the representative prescription to harmonize the cold and heat syndromes,and to open with medicine of pungent taste and to descend with medicine of bitter taste.In the clinical treatment,making addition and subtraction based on different syndromes,the application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction（Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction）to treat chronic gastritis has gained great effect.The present paper is the summary of the clinical experience.
