摘要
后危机时代,在依然严峻的就业形势下,大学生的就业观念正在悄然改变。就业选择更加务实、薪金期望更加理性、价值取向更加多元,同时有着较为现实的期望和诉求。高校、社会、政府应了解大学生群体的就业意愿,掌握他们的现实诉求,因势利导,相互协作,改革教育模式,完善就业服务,广开就业渠道,健全政策与保障机制,促进大学生充分就业。
In the post-financial-crisis era, university students are changing their employment concepts at the sever employment situation. They have more pragmatic employment selection, more rational salary expectations, more pluralistic values, as well as more realistic expectations and appeals. The university , society and government should learn the university students" employment wishes , grasp their realistic , improve the occasion and cooperate with each other. Meanwhile, we have to reform education models, improve employment services, broaden employment channels, and provide policy and security mechanisms for their full employment.
