摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷和碳酸二乙酯为原料,经环化裂解生成3-乙基-3-羟甲基氧杂环丁烷.然后经磺酰化,氯化得到3-乙基-3-氯甲基氧杂环丁烷,在碱性条件下,四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,3-乙基-3-氯甲基氧杂环丁烷与3-乙基-3-羟甲基氧杂环丁烷醚化得到目的产物3,3-[氧基双亚甲基]-双[3-乙基]氧杂环丁烷.产物经红外光谱和核磁共振谱得到确证.
3-hydroxymethyl-3-ethyloxetane,which was synthesized from trihydroxymethyl-enepropane and diethyl carbonatereaction,reacted with methanesulfonylchloride in the present of triethylamine under the temperature of-10—15 ℃ to give 3-ethyl-3-methanesulfonyloxymethyl-oxetane;followed by reaction with NaCl to give 3-chloromethyl-3-ethyloxetane;Then in the presence of Bu4NBr as phase-transfer catalysts,3-chloromethyl-3-ethyloxetane reacted with 3-hydroxymethyl-3-ethyloxetane to give bis(1-ethyl(3-oxetanil)methyl)ether.The structure of title compound was identified by IR and 1H-NMR spectrum.
