东北三省相似的产业格局,限制了其发展规模和速度。应构建大东北观念,展开整个东北三省经济区域的产业分工与合作,推进综合水平型分工合作和点轴开发合作模式。形成合理有序的东北三省产业分工合作,必须打破地区内部产业壁垒;加快形成以主导产业为核心的产业集群;注重产业配套环境的建设;完善产业发展技术信息平台,这样才能实现整体的优化。

Industrial patterns of three northeast provinces are similar,which restrict its development scale and speed.The concept of Great Northeast should be established,then,the regional industry division and cooperation of three northeast provinces should be carried out.Suggestion is put forward,that is,combining the horizontal division and cooperation with point-axle development and cooperation pattern.Furthermore,industry barrier within the region must be broken through,industrial cluster taking leading industry as core should be quicken to build,industrial environment should be paid more attention,and technology information platform of industrial development should improve.Thus,overall optimization will be realized.
