An important issue that League Organization of Colleges and Universities must focus on thinking and solving is that it should give play to educational function and build a new pattern that suits the work of Communist Youth League in the new period.To further develop and promote effective work of the Communist Youth League should commence in four aspects：strengthening the self-construction of the League,playing the advantages and vitalities of the League,expanding the ability to serve the economic society and grasping the meaning of scientific development.
