摘要
新课程改革理念强调教师要真诚、平等地对待每一个学生,强调教师和学生之间合作与互动,强调教师拥有把理解、包容、研究学生置于首位的信念和能力。民主、平等及终身教育理念要求教师在成长中要学会学习、学会创新、学会赏识、学会分享、学会合作、学会宽容、学会孤独、学会等待、学会选择、学会倾听。
The ideas of modern curriculum reform stress that teachers should treat each student sincerely and equally;cooperation and interaction should be emphasized between teachers and students;teachers should have the belief and ability of putting understanding,tolerance and research students on the first place.Democratic,equal and life-long educational require teachers should learn to cooperate,appreciate,share,tolerate,study,innovate,wait,choose,listen and be lonely for their own development.
